If you receive less than 10 pieces of postage a month we give you the P.O. Box for free you only pay Setup fees yearly of $25.00 and we charge .50 per mail piece to take to cd. Juarez; scan and forward do not qualify for this plan.
COMMERCIAL 1 year 2 years
1. Small Account: $250.00 $500.00 (6 months free) ( 50 packages limitation)
2. Medium Account $400.00 $800.00 (6 months free) ( 100 packages limitation)
3. Large Account $ 500.00 $ 1,000.00 (6 months free)( 150 packages limitation)
* additional limitations exit on size and days we can hold packages if not deliverable. Certain size packages need to be picked up. We do not receive pallets at this time; please ask about our size restriction and our delivery.
*We can make special accommodations if you have a package coming in that is bigger than normal on our personal account, when we get notified. If we don’t get notified fee may apply. If large packages are received constantly a commercial account will be required.
*All Contracts for none U.S Citizens require the following: A copy of a license or electors card (Mexico) and a copy of a utility bill with the same address as the I.D. if in another language an English notarized copy is necessary to contract services. 2 FORMS OF I.D. are accepted as a last resort.
All Others:
A copy of passport or license with contract
**If this is for someone in the prison system and you live in another country the best way is to have the person in the prison system send us the money order along with his information.

* You can add 1 name to the account to receive mail on personal accounts/not allowed on Commercial accounts. Copy of documentation is required as if the principal account holder. It has to be the same address.

Forwarding mail: requires you to indicate on contract and give Mailboxes and Extra Express permission to open and forward mail as well authority to scan and send your mail to your email. Special Services can be provided if requested, additional fees may apply if labor-intensive. Ask us what we can do for you.
Additional fees will apply when we have to print and send mail to prison on your behalf to cover postage and stationery. This depends on the frequency of mail that will be programmed at the time of the contract. These additional fees need to be paid upfront via website or money order directed to the same address. P.O. RESTRICIONES Y ENTREGAS:
Si tiene un paquete más grande de lo normal díganos para saber que va a llegar y coordinar con usted la entrega, si no se nos avisa incurrirá en costo adicional.

Una copia de la licencia o tarjeta de elector (México) una copia de algún recibo con la misma dirección de la licencia o tarjeta de elector, 2 IDENTIFICACIONES COMO ULTIMA OPCION.
TODOS LOS DEMAS:
Una copia de pasaporte o licencia de U.S.
Si es de otro país una identificación consular pasaporte o licencia.
*** Si es para alguien que está en el sistema de prisiones y usted vive en otro país dígale a su familiar que nos envié su información copia de Identificación del sistema donde este y esto será suficiente como identidad

He leído todo el contrato y estoy de acuerdo y estoy autorizando a Mailboxes and Extras Express que pongan mi nombre en un contrato pues esta es mi firma digital para el contrato de (1. Personal, 2. Comercial 3. ) y autorizo a Mailboxes and Extras Express que abran mi correspondencia en aduana si se va a llevar a Cd. Juárez (Hacemos el manifiesto de Aduana y esto es un requisito)
Puede agregar un nombre al apartado (personal) siempre y cuando tenga la misma dirección en su licencia o su tarjeta de elector. Copia de documentación se requiere para el agregado como si fuera principal.

Autorizándonos a abrir y re-enviar su correspondencia vía correo electrónico, texto o whatsapp Servicios especiales se pueden proveer si se necesitan en algunas ocasiones pregúntenos queremos su negocio, costos adicionales se pueden incurrir dependiendo del servicio especial.
Costo adicional se aplica para las cuentas de re-envió a una prisión por el costo de tinta si se están enviando fotos e imágenes, esto depende de frecuencia. Al momento de contrato se establece una cantidad programada que se deberá pagar adelantada (esto asegura que a su familiar no se le interrumpa la correspondencia) Se puede pagar en este sitio o enviar Money order a:
